The theme of the day: Environmental Health

City life can wear on the nervous system—stress, disconnection, overextension. On this day, we invite neighbors and friends to move, play, and be in right relation with self, each other, and the land beneath us.

As part of our community care offering, we’ll be sharing Open to Rasa—our card game that sparks curiosity, storytelling, and connection. It’s one way we listen deeper, build trust, and remember that healing happens in relationship.
