Facilitate Discoveries
Help people discover new ways of relating to themselves, one another, and the world around them.
The Discovery Cards become even more powerful when shared.
Whether you're facilitating a community gathering, supporting survivors and caregivers, leading a team, teaching a class, or hosting a circle of friends, Facilitate Discoveries offers a relational approach to guiding meaningful experiences.
Through workshops, cohort learning, and organizational trainings, you'll learn how to create the conditions where curiosity, connection, and collective meaning-making can emerge.
Who is it For?
This series is designed for people who bring others together, including:
• Community organizers
• Educators
• Coaches and therapists
• Artists and facilitators
• Human resource and wellness teams
• Nonprofit and community leaders
• Anyone who wants to guide meaningful conversations and experiences
Three Ways People Enter Discovery
Our facilitation approach begins with three simple entry points:
Companion
Help people develop the capacity to be with themselves and others by staying with an image and relationships in general, to move with what unfolds.
Question
Guide others to discover life's questions through relationship and not needing to solve them immediately, rather than searching for answers.
Practice
Invite movement, play, and connection with body, place, and the living world.
Together, these three pathways become a foundation for creating experiences that are accessible, playful, and deeply relational.
What You’ll Learn
Participants develop the ability to:
• Create spaces rooted in consent, curiosity, and relationship.
• Guide Discovery Card experiences with individuals and groups.
• Support participants without interpreting or solving their experiences.
• Help people discover meaning through movement, imagination, and place.
• Design experiences for classrooms, organizations, retreats, community gatherings, and everyday life.
Throughout the series, you'll also explore the process frameworks behind the Discovery Cards, including orientation through OPEN, practicing No, Yes, and Modify, active witnessing, and cultivating relational awareness through the Moving Rasa Lenses.
