Coaching is a space to explore your life through conversation, body awareness, imagination, and relationship with the world around you.

Depending on what you are working through, sessions may draw from movement practice, somatic awareness, relational inquiry, and creative exploration.

Andrew Suseno’s background in physical therapy, movement education, and cultural somatic practice informs this work.

Integrative Coaching with Moving Rasa

Our work happens in groups and through coaching, where people may explore patterns more personally and at their own pace.

What Coaching is

A space to reconnect with yourself

Sometimes you know something needs to change, but you are not sure how to change it.

You may feel stuck in the same relationship pattern, experience chronic pain, be disconnected from your body, be uncertain about what you want, or be aware that parts of you have gone quiet over time.

Coaching offers a space to slow down and pay attention.

Together, we work with what is present in your life right now: your questions, your patterns, your emotions, your body, and your relationships. Sessions may include conversation, guided reflection, simple movement, sensation awareness, or image-based inquiry through the Discovery Cards.

You do not need any movement experience. You do not need to be “good at” self-reflection. You just need a real question and some willingness to explore.

More than one doorway into change

Different questions open through different pathways.

Some need conversation and reflection.
Some become clearer through body awareness and sensation.
Some open through imagination, imagery, movement, or the Discovery Cards.

Because this is a relational process, we can also work with the forms and practices that already matter in your life. People sometimes bring in their own creative or cultural mediums — such as martial arts, drawing, cooking, poetry, music, media, spiritual practice, or other ways they make meaning and connect

These are not separate offerings. They are examples of how your Rasa in your existing practices and relationships can become part of the coaching process.

Anything you are in a relationship with can become part of the coaching material.

Coaching with Andrew weaves together conversation, body awareness, imagination, and tools like the Discovery Cards to help people explore real questions and move through patterns in a deeper, more experiential way.

You do not need movement experience. You do not need to be “good” at reflection. You only need a real question and a willingness to explore

Discovery Cards in coaching

Using Discovery Cards in coaching

Sometimes we bring a Discovery Card into a session to open a fresh perspective.

Rather than telling you what a card means, we notice what stands out in the image and explore how it connects to your life. The card becomes a doorway into reflection, sensation, imagination, and potential new movement.

It does not provide the answer. It helps reveal how you are already relating to what you are carrying — and what new choices may be possible.

A moment from a Discovery Card session

This is a short excerpt from a session where a question is explored through movement and attention.

This video shows one way a question can become something you experience and work with directly.

Change doesn’t always look dramatic.
Often it begins with small shifts in how you notice, feel, and respond. We can make that change together.

What makes this work different?

This work is grounded in Moving Rasa — a practice that helps people become more aware of how they are already sensing, moving, and relating in their lives.

Rather than focusing only on insight or advice, we work with the patterns that are already happening in your body, your relationships, and your everyday choices.

Change doesn’t come from forcing something new.
It comes from becoming aware of what is already happening — and learning how to shape it.

What coaching can support

This work may be helpful if you are:

  • feeling stuck in a repeating pattern

  • going through a life or relationship transition

  • wanting to reconnect with your body, intuition, or sense of self

  • trying to navigate intimacy, identity, boundaries, or desire

  • looking for support that goes deeper than advice

  • wanting to feel more honest, alive, and grounded in how you live

This work can be especially powerful when you have already done a lot of thinking, but something deeper still has not shifted. In past coaching, clients have described moving from feeling shut down and disconnected to feeling more open, more alive, and more able to choose what is healthy and right for them.
