Coaching for real questions, stuck patterns, and meaningful change
Coaching with Andrew Suseno helps you slow down, listen more deeply, and move through the parts of life that feel confusing, blocked, or hard to shift on your own.
This work blends conversation, reflection, and body-based awareness so change does not stay only in your thoughts — it becomes something you can actually feel and live.
What this is
A space to reconnect with yourself
Sometimes you know something needs to change, but you are not sure how to change it.
You may feel stuck in the same relationship pattern, disconnected from your body, uncertain about what you want, or aware that parts of you have gone quiet over time.
Coaching offers a space to slow down and pay attention.
Together, we work with what is present in your life right now — your questions, your patterns, your emotions, your body, and your relationships. Sessions may include conversation, guided reflection, simple movement, sensation awareness, or image-based inquiry through the Discovery Cards.
You do not need any movement experience. You do not need to be “good at” self-reflection. You just need a real question and some willingness to explore.
What coaching can support
This work may be helpful if you are:
feeling stuck in a repeating pattern
going through a life or relationship transition
wanting to reconnect with your body, intuition, or sense of self
trying to navigate intimacy, identity, boundaries, or desire
looking for support that goes deeper than advice
wanting to feel more honest, alive, and grounded in how you live
This work can be especially powerful when you have already done a lot of thinking, but something deeper still has not shifted. In past coaching, clients have described moving from feeling shut down and disconnected to feeling more open, more alive, and more able to choose what is healthy and right for them.
What makes this different
More than talk alone
Some challenges do not change through insight alone.
You may understand your history, your habits, or your coping strategies, but still find yourself repeating them.
This work includes the body because so many of our patterns live there too — in how we brace, hold back, protect ourselves, reach for others, or lose touch with what we feel.
By bringing awareness to these deeper layers, new choices become possible.
Andrew’s approach
Gentle, honest, and responsive to your pace
Andrew’s coaching is shaped by the Moving Rasa framework, which brings together embodied awareness, relational inquiry, cultural consciousness, and practical reflection.
The goal is not to force a breakthrough or push you past your limits. The goal is to help you build a more honest relationship with yourself, with others, and with what matters most.
This means we go at a pace that supports safety, discernment, and real integration.

Many ways to explore a question
In coaching, we do not rely on just one method.
Different questions open through different pathways. Some people need time in conversation. Others benefit from sensing into the body, using imagination, or working with images and symbols.
Through the Moving Rasa approach, we explore questions through several avenues, including:
Conversation and reflection
Talking through patterns, experiences, and relationships.Body awareness and movement
Noticing how emotions, habits, and protective patterns live in the body.Imagination and imagery
Using images and symbols to access insight that words alone cannot reach.Discovery Cards
A visual and experiential tool that helps people explore questions through imagery, reflection, and sometimes movement.
Each session unfolds differently depending on the question you bring and what feels most supportive for you.
Section specifically about Discovery Cards
Using Discovery Cards in coaching
Sometimes we bring a Discovery Card into a session as a way to open a question in a new way.
Rather than interpreting the card or telling you what it means, we explore what stands out to you in the image and how it connects to your life. The card becomes a doorway into reflection, sensation, imagination, and movement.
People are often surprised by how quickly an image can reveal something meaningful about a situation they are navigating.
The card does not provide answers.
It helps you discover them.
Sessions may include conversation, guided reflection, body awareness, movement exploration, or working with imagery through the Discovery Cards.
