What happens next
After you complete payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t already chosen a time, use the scheduling link provided (or reply to the confirmation email with 2–3 windows that work for you). You’ll also receive a calendar invite with the location or video link.

How to prepare
You don’t need to do anything to be “ready.” If it feels supportive, you can:

  • arrive a few minutes early to settle your body and breath

  • bring water, a journal, or something comforting

  • choose a space where you can be uninterrupted (if possible)

  • come exactly as you are—tired, tender, unsure is welcome here

Movement + participation
Movement is always optional. Stillness counts. You can participate seated, standing, lying down, or simply by listening and noticing. You’re welcome to pass, pause, or change your mind at any point.

Privacy + disclosure
No disclosure is required. You are never expected to share personal history to receive support. We can work with sensation, images, boundaries, and next steps—without explanation.

Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please email as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to find a new time that works.
